Jesse Rhodes, PE: Charleston, South Carolina; Rhodes Design was established in 2005. I, Jesse Rhodes, have a diploma in Yacht Design from the Landing School, a bachelors degree in Mech. Engineering from North Carolina State and am a licensed engineer in South Carolina.
